What is AUTOS2000?
Autos2000 is a complete automotive shop management software solution.

How can I evaluate AUTOS2000?
Simply by filling out the Demo Request form or calling us at (800) 783-8100 ex. 456.

If I demo the software and decide to purchase, can I keep my data and customizations?
No, any information that it entered during the demo WILL NOT transfer over to the registered version because the demo database is "set aside" when the registration key is entered and the default database takes its place.

Is the evaluation demo full featured?
Yes, the demo version is full featured.

Do I need special hardware or software to run AUTOS2000?
No special equipment is required.

Are there software upgrades and how much do they cost?
Regular software upgrades are sent customers on active support at least once a year.

What other software will interface with AUTOS2000?
Real-Time Labor Guide, and Quickbooks.

What operating systems does AUTOS2000 require?
Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.

Can AUTOS2000 run on a stand-alone PC with no network and internet connection?
Yes, AUTOS2000 does not require an internet connection to run.

Can AUTOS2000 run on a network?
Yes, AUTOS2000 will run in any network environment.

What Network platforms can AUTOS2000 run on?
AUTOS2000 will run in any network environment.

Can I run AUTOS2000 using a specific user account on Windows NT?
Yes, you can set up your NT security to only allow certain users to the AUTOS2000 directory.

Can I add multiple customers at once?
Yes, simply go to the "Add Customer" screen, enter the information and when you are finished click back into the "First Name" field and hit your "Page Down" key.

Can I add multiple inventory items at once?
Yes, simply go to the "Add Parts" screen, enter the information and when you are finished click back into the "Part Number" field and hit your "Page Down" key.
